July Statement from the Khaz Modan Cheese of the Month Club

Those of you who make a point of looking to the Khaz Modan Cheese of the Month Club for cheese-related information know what our mission is: To spread the joy of cheese to all people of Azeroth. The seasonal festivals are a wonderful time to introduce folks to fine cheeses they may have overlooked in the past. Everyone’s running about drinking and eating everything a merchant in seasonal attire wants to overcharge them for, anyway. You may as well throw some cheese in there!

While we at the Khaz Modan Cheese of the Month Club have greatly enjoyed the Misummer Fire Festival (especially the torch juggling!), we must ask one question… WHERE WAS THE BLOODY CHEESE?

The lack of cheese associated with this event is simply further proof that Brewfest still reigns as the best party on Azeroth! To that end, you may find this month’s Cheese of the Month difficult to come by. If you find yourself hopelessly craving it in the next few months, remember that a nice chunk of Dwarven Mild is just as good.

In protest of the lack of midsummer cheese, the Khaz Modan Cheese of the Month Club declares the July Cheese of the Month to be Spiced Onion Cheese!  Aye, you read that right. Brewfest cheese. Let this also serve as a reminder that you can’t put off enjoying cheese or it might not be there later.

As always, the Khaz Modan Cheese of the Month Club brings you these monthly announcements about the Cheese of the Month on a monthly basis, and asks that you support such fine establishments as Trias’ Cheese in Stormwind and One More Glass in Dalaran by buying cheese there. We also ask that you consider sharing cheese with the cheeseless. Just not Stormwind Brie.

  1. A festival fondue would have really hit the spot, too.
